Dual Degree Engineering Program

The Dual Degree Engineering Program offers students a unique opportunity to earn two degrees: a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from Saint Mary’s and a Bachelor of Science in an engineering discipline from Washington University or another approved institution. Students spend their first three years at Saint Mary’s taking physical science, mathematics, humanities, and social science courses followed by two years of specialized engineering coursework at Washington University or an engineering school approved by the program’s director.

Occupational Therapy (OTD/MOT) - Samuel Merritt University

Students interested in becoming occupational therapists can fast-track their journey through a partnership with Samuel Merritt University. Each year, up to six students receive priority admission to their Doctor or Master of Occupational Therapy program, with additional students guaranteed an interview.

Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) - Touro University California

Students interested in pursing a career as a physician can secure guaranteed admission to Touro University’s Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine program through a partnership agreement with Saint Mary’s College. The four-year Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine program guarantees admissions for up to 25 qualified Saint Mary’s students annually. The program combines a patient-centered approach with scientific rigor to train future physicians.

Master of Science in Medical Health Sciences (MSMHS) - Touro University California

Students interested in bolstering their resume for medical school and strengthening their health sciences foundation can secure guaranteed admissions to Touro University’s one-year MSMHS program  through a partnership agreement with Saint Mary’s College. The program offers a robust biomedical science education coupled with a mentored research internship, preparing students for advanced roles in medical science and health fields.

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) - Touro University California

Students interested in pursuing a career in pharmaceutical sciences can secure an interview for Touro’s PharmD program through a partnership with Saint Mary’s College. The 4-year PharmD program includes 1.5 years of practice experience in diverse pharmacy settings, guiding students through clinical practice, ambulatory care, and more.

4-Year Multiple Subject Teaching Credential

Justice, Community and Leadership: Multiple Subject Teacher Education, BA

Students interested in pursuing a career in teaching grades K–6 in all subjects can earn a bachelor’s degree and a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential simultaneously in just four years at Saint Mary’s College. The Multiple Subject Teacher Education (MSTE) concentration is built upon a student-centered learning community that inspires excellence and innovation in K-8 education.

4-Year Single-Subject Teaching Credential

Students interested in pursuing a career in teaching grades K-6 in a single subject can earn a bachelor’s degree in over 30 different majors and a Single Subject Teaching Credential simultaneously in just four years at Saint Mary’s College. The Single Subject Teaching Credential qualifies students to teach a single subject in any public or private middle school, high school, or departmentalized elementary school in California.
